These terms apply when you shop at Anastasias Ljus.
By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.

Prices and VAT

All prices are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT

Shipping and delivery

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders are usually shipped with PostNord. Other carriers may be used if necessary. Free shipping is not offered, but local pickup in Stockholm is free of charge

Payment methods

You can pay with Klarna, card (Stripe), Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal.
We may add more payment options in the future

Delivery time

Orders are normally shipped within 2–5 business days.
During peak season (September–December), delivery times may be longer

Right of withdrawal and returns

According to Swedish/EU law, you have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable

Complaints

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Approved complaints will be covered by us, and replacement/refund will be arranged. Email: anastasiasljus@gmail.com

Uncollected packages

Uncollected packages will be charged a fee of 250 SEK to cover shipping and handling

Discount codes

Discount codes are valid only for the stated period. They cannot be combined with other offers.
They do not apply to already discounted products or shipping
